Shape Shifters Devlog #7!


Hi everyone! How've y'all been? Now I know it's been a while since the last Devlog. I had to go on a trip out of town and couldn't really bring my giant bulky PC with me. However, that spared me some time that I used to work on refining the script and dialogue. 

Today I'll be sharing some details about the overall state of the game and some plans that won't be able to make the Nov 1st development build. 

So right now, the build is feature complete. All content that was planned to be in the build is in the build. I just need to fix some glaring bugs and make sure everything is working smoothly! Aside from that,  I do need to add character portraits for every characters dialogue and the game is still missing music and sound effects. That will all be in the November 1st build though! There is a huge rework I'd like to do for the mini boss you'll encounter but sadly I won't be able to get to it in time. 

After the development build releases I plan on releasing at least 1 update per week addressing bugs, polishing up the game, and tweaking stuff based on player feedback. And when it's all in a great state I'll begin work on expanding the amount of playable content. 

This is a development build after all, and I'd consider whats in it to be about 1/3rd of what I have planned.
